Omar has been tapped as a consultant for commercial and residential real estate development projects at the highest level. He consulted for American Leisure Holdings, a NASDAQ traded company on a project that included more than four thousand resort homes and vacation lodgings near Orlando, Florida. Not only does Omar have experience with development, he also has extensive experience securing project loans, scouting and securing land, and working toward getting community development bonds.
Omar Botero is currently involved with two major development projects.
The first is located in Houston, Texas and is set to be an ambitious multi-use facility. The complex will feature more than 2,500 residential units, retail space, hospitality facilities, and several entertainment complexes. The plans also include large scale parking facilities to serve the expected high traffic complex.
The second project Omar is working on is Bright's Creek. Bright's Creek is a rustic residential community is Western North Carolina. Features of the property include a top of the line golf course designed by Tom Fazio, breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, easy access to adventure sports, a brand new equestrian facility and more.
